Miami Sets Example for Pre-campaign Budgeting for 1951; Sets Quota for U.J.A.

The first pre-campaign budget formula for United Jewish Appeal participation in a local campaign for 1951 was established here. The United Jewish Appeal will receive 57.8 percent of the first million dollars raised above $215,000, and local, national and overseas agencies, 42.8 percent. The next $87,500, will go to local, national and overseas agencies and the balance of the campaign goal of $1,470,570, will be divided in the same ratio as the first million dollars.
