The Joint Palestine Appeal has raised 1,300,000 pounds ($3,640,000) in the first four months of its drive this year, the organization announced today. The sum is 50,000 pounds more than was raised during the entire 1950 campaign, it was pointed out. The administrative committee of the J.P.A. expressed confidence that the 2,000,000 pound goal would be reached this year.
