The United States Government views the mass expulsion of Jews and others from the larger cities in Hungary with the “gravest concern,” a delegation of the Agudath Israel of America was told at the State Department. The delegation asked U.S. intervention to halt the expulsion of Jews.

Members of the delegation were assured that when all the facts about the Hungarian Government’s action are assembled, the American Government will bring them to the attention of the Human Rights Commission of the United Nations.
