Malben, the institution for the care of the aged, ill and “hard core” immigrant cases in Israel, has opened four new institutions in the last few days, Moses A. Beckelman, European director of the Joint Distribution Committee, today told a party of newspapermen touring the Malben centers. He said that the four new institutions will eventually care for 800 persons.
