The launching of a double barreled campaign by the Zionist Organization of American to make every member an Israel bond holder and be increase the membership ranks of the Z.O.A. was announced here today at a reception given by Benjamin G. Broadway, president of the organization to several hundred Z.O.A. district presidents, membership chairman and bond chairmen.
