Israel Government Approves N.Y. Parley Decisions on Germany

The Israel Government has approved the decisions of the Conference on Jewish Claims Against Germany held last week in New York, it was learned here today. An official announcement on the government’s attitude will be made by Premier David Ben Gurion in parliament next Sunday.

A delegation of the group formed here to oppose any dealings with Germany regarding reparations to Jews called yesterday on the Premier and presented the views of the group to him. The delegates refused to disclose Mr. Ben Gurion’s reaction to their arguments. The delegation was headed by Rabbi Mordecai Nurok and included David Shimonotich and Jacob Kahn, noted Hebrew poets. Mayor Sheftel of Rishon L’Zion and a number of Hebrew writers.
