The Cabinet decided to establish, in conjunction with the Jewish Agency and Jewish National Fund, a body to make plans for expanding the national water supply. Still another committee was set up to study and report on the status of the Hebrew University and its finance, with a view to enlarging the institution and expanding its facilities.
