The reparations talks between representatives of West Germany and Israel and Jewish groups from other countries will not take place in Brussels, as originally planned, but “somewhere in the Netherlans,” it was learned here today.
Delegates who are to participate in the talks are expected to arrive at The Hague tomorrow or Thursday, it was indicated. The exact location of the negotiations will be kept secret, as will the negotiations themselves. From time to time official communiques will be issued to the press.
