A national conference of the Israeli OSE opened here with some 50 delegates present. Drs. N.L. Wolf and Joseph Shatkai, secretary and chairman, respectively, of the organization, reported that it is currently maintaining 20 recreation centers in the Negev, and is active in promoting and maintaining health and hygiene services in the immigrant camps through the facilities of mobile clinics.
