Abba S. Eban, Israel Ambassador to the United States, delivered a report to the Israel Cabinet today on his recent talks with Secretary of State Dean Acheson on Middle East affairs, and on his consultations in London with Eliahu Elath, Israel envoy there.
Previously, Mr. Eban, who came here for a two-week stay to confer with the government on questions involving America and Israel and on issues that will come before the United Nations General Assembly, told reporters that one of the questions he had discussed with Mr. Acheson concerned military aid to Israel. Mr. Eban will participate in a series of Foreign Office conferences here.
