An agreement for entrance of the Mizrachi Workers’ Party trade unions into the Histadrut. Israel’s general federation of labor, was signed here this week-end. Hapoel Hamizrachi representatives will now take their place on the governing bodies of the Histadrut.
In the past, the religious laborites maintained their own trade union organizations, but under a special agreement enabled their members to join the national medical and hospitalization service maintained for its members by the Histadrut.
