The U. N. has made its first call upon Israel to send a technical expert out of the country to assist another nation with its economy, it was revealed here today. Dr. Shimon Tal, an expert in fisheries, will shortly leave for Haiti to advise the Haitian Government on the development of its fisheries program. He will serve under the auspices of the U. N. Food and Agriculture Organization.
