Dr. I. Kubowi, Israel Minister to Warsaw, will head the Israel economic mission which will soon begin trade talks with the Polish Government, it was announced here today by a spokesman for the Foreign Ministry.
An Israel military mission returned here after spending six days in Yugoslavia visiting and studying Yugoslav military installations. The head of the mission, Brig. Joseph Avidar, spoke highly of the hospitality extended the Israeli officers and said that the visit will help foster friendly relations between the two nations.
