The Argentine Foreign Ministry yesterday agreed to the designation of Dr. Arich Kubowi as Minister to Buenos Aires, replacing Yaacov Tsur. Dr. Kubowi, the Israeli Minister to Prague and Warsaw who was declared persona non-grata by the Czech and Polish Governments in an aftermath to the Slansky trial and execution, will arrive here at the end of September.
Dr. Tsur, who is being sent to take over the Israel Embassy in Paris, is being given farewell receptions by all the major Jewish and Zionist organizations in this country.
