Dr. Joseph Kisri, first Israel Minister to Mexico, presented his credentials to President Cortinez in the presence of Foreign Minister Luis Padilia Nervo and officials of the Israel Consulate. President Cortinez asked Dr. Kisri to extend his personal greetings to Israel’s President Itzhak Ben Zvi.
