Zionist groups throughout the country today continued to voice strong criticism of the Big Three resolution on Israel now before the UN Security Council.

The Labor Zionist Organization of America, at an emergency meeting of its administrative committee here, today condemned the resolution as “an abdication of duty toward peace.” It called upon the U.S. Government “to take its stand on the side of morality and peace as against intransigence and belligerency” in line with its record of friendship, understanding and help for Israel.

In Boston, 700 Zionists attending the annual regional conference of the Jewish National Fund, adopted a resolution urging President Eisenhower to intercede with Israel and the Arab states for immediate direct negotiations for a peace settlement. The delegates characterized the Big Three resolution on the Kibya incident as inadequate and unfair and serving to create further tension.
