Israel ordered another 15,000 tons of crude oil from Soviet Russia, after having made sure that this supply will not contain the salts which prevented a previous delivery from being refined at the Haifa refineries, it was reported here today. A first shipment of 10,000 tons of the same saltless quality is en route from Russia to Israel on an Italian tanker.
