With the cooperation of the United Nations Technical Assistance Administration and Israel’s Ministry of Trade and Industry, the first school in electro-plating in the entire Middle East has been organized at the Givatayim ORT Vocational Center, it was announced by Dr. William Haber, president of the American ORT Federation. “This latest addition to the ORT system of trade schools in Israel is recognized as a development of great practical importance to the young state’s economy,” Dr. Haber said.
