Jewish Population Statistician Dies in German Hospital

Dr. Bruno Blau, well-known expert in the field of Jewish population statistics and demography, died suddenly today at a clinic at Freiburg. He was 74. Dr. Blau, a native of West Prussia, spent most of the war years in the Jewish Hospital in Berlin, He went to the United States in 1947 but returned here early this year.
