The Israel Mogen Dovid, Israel’s equivalent of the Red Cross, has organized an emergency shipment of more than one ton of medicine, blankets and warm clothing for victims of the earthquake which struck the Algerian city of Orleansville last week. The shipment will leave here early tomorrow by plane.

Premier Moshe Sharett has cabled a message of sympathy to French Premier Pierre Mendes-France. Mr. Sharett’s message asked that the condolences of the Israel Premier and people be conveyed to bereaved families in the stricken area.
