The Israel Government announced today further release of 3,000,000 pounds in blocked Arab accounts, effective November 1. The announcement followed negotiations in Paris between Gideon Raphael, representing Israel, and the General Refugee Congress of Israel, represented by Yachia Hamudi and Mohamed Yachia, members of the Congress’ executive.
