The Israel Cabinet decided to extend Israel’s territorial waters from three miles offshore to six miles. Maj. Gen. Lucas Beau, commander of the United States CivilAir Patrol, arrived in Israel last night for a three-day visit in connection with an exchange of visits by Israel and American youths interested in flying. Five Israel teen-agers will shortly leave for the U.S., while five American youths will receive training at Israel bases.
