Five Jews from Rumania arrived here today, via Vienna, after three years during which there were no emigrants from that country. All of them came to join their families. The immigrants were welcomed by a Rumanian Jewish committee for the “reunion of families,” headed by Idov Cohen, a member of the Knesset.

Mr. Cohen expressed his disappointment at the small number of newcomers. “It is not the inflow we expected. On this scale, many years would elapse before the broken families were reunited,” he stated.
