The Vermont State Industrial Union Council, C.I.O., has endorsed a human rights program paralleling that adopted by the Vermont A. F. L. at its convention two weeks ago. The C.I.O. group echoed the call of the A.F.L. body for the labor press to list the names of hotels and other establishments in this state which engage in discriminatory practices and for members and friends of labor organizations to boycott such establishments.
