A million-dollar gift from the International Ladies Garment Workers Union for a hospital in the Negev operated by the Histadrut was announced here today by David Dubinsky, president of the union. The sum will be paid in four annual installments.

Mr. Dubinsky also indicated that the ILGWU might make a further $500,000 available to the hospital after the $1,000,000 contribution is completed. He also announced a $50,000 contribution for the purchase of machinery for Histadrut trade schools in Israel and a second $50,000 contribution for the city of Haifa for the building of a stadium to be named in honor of Luigi Antonnini, first vice-president of the ILGWU.
