Some 250 young Israelis will participate in the World Youth Festival in Moscow next July, left-wing organizations here decided today. They will be going in three distinct groups: Communist, Achdut Avodah and a combined unit from the several Mapam factions. Among the various groups will be dancing troupes including an Arab group, musical bands and sports teams.
