Judge Bernard A. Rosenblatt was elected president of the Foundation for the Jewish National Fund at its annual meeting today. The Foundation is the instrumentality through which funds are set up for large-scale and development projects in Israel through wills, bequests and insurance with the Jewish National Fund as beneficiary. The wills and insurance potential raised by the Foundation in the course of the last three years since its inception totals $11,000,000.
