Dr. Yechiel Weizmann, a brother of the late Dr. Chaim Weizmann, died yesterday at the age of 65. A leading Israel agronomist, he had been working on a project to plant pecan groves in the Negev which he had hoped would cover wide areas there. He is survived by his wife, and Col. Ezer Weizmann of the Israeli Air Force. his son. Dr. Moshe Weizmann, chemistry professor at Hebrew University, died only last week.
