Israel Embassy Minister Reuven Shiloah paid a farewell call on Secretary of State John Foster Dulles today. He is departing for home on Friday. A farewell reception honoring Mr. Shiloh on completion of his tour of duty here was tendered tonight by Ambassador and Mrs. Eben.

Among those who attended the affair were the dean of the diplomatic corps, the Ambassador of Norway, and the Ambassadors of the Netherlands, New Zealand, India, Finland, Switzerland and diplomats of many other nations. Also attending were a number of members of Congress, Robert D. Murphy, Deputy Under Secretary of State, Eric Johnston, Ambassador James P. Richards, and other personages.
