Elianu Dobkin, member of the Jewish Agency executive in Jerusalem and head of its Youth and Hechalutz Department, arrived in the United States. He will proceed to South America to help the United Israel Appeal campaign there. He will also discuss problems of the Youth and Hechalutz Department with the local community leaders. Dr. Dobkin is chairman of the World Keren Hayesod-United Israel Appeal campaign.
