Dr. Francisco Urrutia, UN Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold’s personal representative, conferred yesterday with King Hussein of Jordan and later with Jordanian Premier Riffai.
When he shuttles back to Israel with what are believed to be Jordan’s proposals on demilitarizing the Mt. Scopus area, the Colombian diplomat is scheduled to meet with Premier David Ben Gurion Thursday. Before that he will confer with Israeli Foreign Ministry officials.
