Israel’s Foreign Minister, Mrs. Golda Meir, will leave on a West African tour February 22, it was announced here today. During her three-week swing through Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria and the French African territories, Mrs. Meir will attend celebrations in Ghana marking the first anniversary of that state’s independence.
