Saudi Arabian Ambassador Abdullah at Khayyal today conferred at the State Department with Assistant Secretary of State William Rountree. It is believed that he touched, among other things, on Arab-Israel issues, especially on the Akaba Gulf territorial water issue and friction on the Israel-Syrian frontier.
