Rabbi Maklouf Toledano, Chief Rabbi of Casablanca and dean of Moroccan rabbis, died at Meknes last week, it was reported here today. He was 88. Rabbi Toledano was a judge of the Rabbinic Court of Morocco for the past 23 years.
