World Jewish Congress Official Killed in Railroad Crash in Argentina

Mrs. Regina Philips, secretary of the World Jewish Congress Bureau in Buenos Aires and her husband, Andrew Philips, were killed in a crash between a bus and a railroad car in a suburb of this city. Two other Jews died in the accident. Mrs. Philips was 46.
