New Hillel Foundation House Opened on Brooklyn College Campus

A new $650, 000 Hillel Foundation building was dedicated yesterday on the campus of Brooklyn College. Named Abe Stark House, in honor of the president of the New York City Council who sparked the local Hillel’s 14-year fund-raising Campaign it will serve the largest number of Jewish students–18, 000, on any campus in America. This is Hillel’s 208th branch.
