The future of Israeli-German economic relations are expected to be discussed extensively by Israeli Finance Minister Levi Eshkol, and his Bonn counter-number, Dr. Ludwig Erhard, when they meet next month in New Delhi, site of the forthcoming annual conference of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
It is understood that Mr. Eshkol intends to raise the question of economic relations after German reparations payments are completed in the near future. It is believed likely that he will make a bid for German industrial investments and offer the same benefits and privileges now given American investors.
