Joseph Avidar, former Israel Ambassador to the Soviet Union, denied today reports that Premier Khrushchev had refused to receive him for a farewell visit.
Brig. Avidar, who arrived in Is 1 yesterday, said he had never asked for an invitation or for a reception from the Soviet Premier.
