Jacob Tzur, retiring Israel Ambassador to France, presented a talk today to the NATO Defense College on Israel’s position in the Middle East from the political, social and economic points of view. Staff members of the college then spent 90 minutes asking questions. Glubb Pasha, former commander of the Jordan Arab Legion, will speak at the NATO college tomorrow on Arab nationalism.
