The Rabbinical Council of America will publish in September a new English edition of the Orthodox prayer book devoted to the Sabbath and Festivals.
The prayer book will be edited by Rabbi David de Sola Pool of New York. It will be distributed to congregations of the Council’s member rabbis. The new prayer book, according to the RCA, will be the first such publication to be issued under the sponsorship of an Orthodox rabbinical body.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
