The Israel Committee of the Board of Deputies of British Jews has voted unanimously to recommend to the board the sending of an official fraternal delegation to the 25th World Zionist Congress, it was disclosed today. The action marks the first acceptance by a major central body of European Jews of the proposal by Dr. Nahum Goldmann to invite non-Zionist Jewish groups to participate in the next World Zionist Congress on a non-voting basis.
