Israel is among 20 countries represented at an international Seminar on Bilingualism, which opened today at Aberystwyth, Wales. Israel’s delegate to the seminar, which will last two weeks, is Prof. G. Cohen, a senior master in the teaching of English. Among the countries represented, in addition to Israel and Britain, will be the Soviet Union, Switzerland, Canada and India.
