Jewish Agency Considers Immigration and Education As Major Tasks

Jewish education in communities outside of Israel and the promotion of immigration to Israel particularly from Western countries are the two items which members of the Jewish Agency executive consider of primary importance for consideration at the next World Zionist Congress, it was disclosed today.

The executive ended a series of meetings last night at which the agenda for the Zionist Congress was discussed. The summary speeches by members of the executive made it clear that the two topics were regarded as of most significance.
