Ort to Survey Vocational School Needs in African Lands for U.S. Govt.

The American ORT Federation has been awarded a contract by the United States Government, though the International Cooperation Administration, to survey vocational education needs in eight African countries. ORT will study existing technical and vocational school facilities and make recommendations for their expansion and development. The ORT teams will operate in Mali, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Togo, Cameroon, the Ivory Coast and Ethiopia.
