President Joao Goulart of Brazil and Prime Minister Tancredo Neves joined today in a message of felicitation to the Jewish community of Brazil and to the Jewish people in other lands on the occasion of the Jewish New Year. The message was addressed to Prof. Fritz Feigl, president of the Confederation of Jewish Communities.
