Two scholarships have been awarded by Israel to enable Tanganyikan Journalists to study newspaper techniques and production methods in Israel, Rafael Ruppin, the Israel Ambassador to Tanganyika disclosed today. The scholarships were arranged in response to a request to the ambassador from R. M. Kawana, Tanganyikan Minister Without Portfolio.
