House Gets Bill to Bar Aid to Countries Boycotting U.S. Jews

Congressman James Roosevelt, California Democrat, introduced a bill in the House of Representatives today to bar U. S. aid to any country which discriminates against American citizens on the basis of race, religion or color. The measure is aimed specifically at the Arab bloc boycotts against nations or individuals dealing with Israel.
