The European Economic Community’s possible adoption of a link between Israel and the European Common Market was postponed here today until next September at the earliest. The EEC’s Council of Ministers, which convened here yesterday for its 17th session, voted today to request the permanent representatives of EEC’s six members to file reports by September concerning Euromart-Israeli relations.
