The small Jewish community here celebrated Rosh Hashanah with services where they prayed not only for peace here but also for world brotherhood and for the security of the Jewish communities over the globe. A plea for adherence to the purity of Jewish ideals was voiced in a New Year greeting from J.S. Ezra, president of the Bombay Zionist Federation.
