The special ministerial committee appointed by the Cabinet to deal with the question of whether television should be introduced into Israel was reported today to be inclined to accept an offer by the Edmond James de Rothschild Memorial group to finance the installation of a pilot educational television network here. It is understood that such an installation would take about a year to set up.
